These terms govern your use of the Neró Aquatic Design website and the quote enquiry process. By submitting an enquiry or using our site, you agree to the terms below. Neró Aquatic Design is an aquatic design, installation, and maintenance studio based in New South Wales, Australia.

Quotes and proposals

A quote enquiry is a request for information and does not constitute a binding contract. Any proposal we provide is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Pricing in a proposal is based on the details you provide and the site conditions at the time of quoting; final pricing may be adjusted if the scope or site conditions change. Work proceeds only once a proposal is accepted in writing and any required deposit is paid.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote, including details of your space, existing equipment, and any access requirements. For on-site visits you are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area. You are responsible for the ongoing care of any aquarium after handover unless a written maintenance agreement is in place.

Our services

We design, install, and maintain aquariums using materials, equipment, and livestock selected for each project. Living systems are inherently variable, and while we take every reasonable care, we cannot guarantee the long-term health of individual livestock or plants. Maintenance services are performed in accordance with the agreed schedule and scope.

Content on this site, including images, designs, and text, is provided for general information and inspiration. Concept and inspiration imagery is labelled as such and may represent design potential rather than completed work. You may not reproduce, copy, or republish site content without our written permission.
